By creating a Schoolix workspace you agree to use the platform for legitimate school administration purposes only, and to keep account credentials secure.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the admin portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to breach security controls, or violate applicable education and data protection laws.
Schools own their data. Schoolix processes student, teacher and financial records solely to provide the service you have subscribed to.
We collect account details, usage logs and records you enter into the platform. We never sell personal data or use student records for advertising.
You can request an export or permanent deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting our support team.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as light or dark mode.
Analytics cookies help us understand which features schools rely on. These can be declined without affecting core functionality.
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, and stored records are encrypted at rest. Access is enforced through role-based permissions for admins and teachers.
Sensitive actions such as attendance overrides and fee adjustments are written to an immutable audit log.
Backups run daily with point-in-time recovery, and infrastructure access is restricted to a small on-call team with multi-factor authentication.
